Description

  • Partner with the Head of FP&A and CFO on critical initiatives, including financial systems and technology implementations, and lead workstreams as needed.
  • Lead financial diligence and analytical projects for potential acquisitions, including integration planning and post-close analysis.
  • Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes by coordinating stakeholder inputs and managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Perform monthly and ad hoc financial analysis to explain variances versus prior periods, budget, and forecast scenarios.
  • Develop clear, concise, executive-ready presentation materials in PowerPoint to communicate insights, recommendations, and decisions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining priorities, milestones, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or a similarly analytical environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear business narratives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience creating executive-level presentations is required.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, structure ambiguous problems, and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • This is an exempt position.
  • Ability to work in a highly analytical, project-driven environment.

  • Annualized base pay range of $90,000 to $100,000.
