Description

  • Lead or contribute to feasibility assessments for client requests for proposals.
  • Review clinical protocols, study assumptions, client information, and operational plans for global clinical trials.
  • Conduct and synthesize competitive landscape, recruitment, standard-of-care, treatment, epidemiology, country, site, and patient-pool analyses.
  • Translate evidence into clear country, site, enrollment, and operational recommendations.
  • Develop transparent rationales for assumptions and identify data limitations and feasibility risks.
  • Present methods, findings, recommendations, and supporting rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, data partners, investigators, and sites to gather and interpret feasibility information.
  • Plan, coordinate, and analyze targeted site and investigator outreach.
  • Participate in bid-defense meetings and client discussions.
  • Develop feasibility methods, data sources, tools, templates, and best practices while supporting team knowledge development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinical trial feasibility, clinical operations, site intelligence, epidemiology, clinical research, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting or contributing to clinical trial feasibility analysis and site or country identification.
  • Ability to interpret clinical, scientific, epidemiological, and operational information and develop recommendations.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines in a matrix environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus confidence using web-based data and analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP principles.
  • Preferred: postgraduate degree, global trial experience, experience in oncology or rare disease, client-facing presentation experience, or familiarity with clinical-trial intelligence, epidemiology, site-performance, claims, or real-world-data platforms.
