Description

  • Support the Lead Data Manager as a back-up team member to ensure continuity and timely execution of tasks.
  • Perform data entry and quality control for paper CRF studies as needed.
  • Develop CRF specifications from the clinical study protocol and coordinate stakeholder review and feedback.
  • Assist in building clinical databases and conduct database build user acceptance testing.
  • Specify requirements for edit checks, including electronic and manual data review checks.
  • Create, revise, version, and maintain data management documentation.
  • Train clinical research personnel on study-specific CRFs, EDC systems, and related project items.
  • Review and query clinical trial data in line with the Data Management Plan.
  • Run patient-level and study-level status and metric reports.
  • Perform medical coding and assist with SAE/AE reconciliation.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and communicate with sponsors, vendors, and project teams on data-related issues.
  • Assist with SAS programming and quality control of SAS programs used by the Data Management department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a combination of related experience.
  • Around 2 years of experience as a Clinical Data Associate in a CRO, pharma, or biotech company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle a variety of clinical research tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • Experience supporting database development and testing is preferred.
  • Experience with SAS programming is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel some of the time, if required.
  • Candidates must be based in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
