Description

  • Lead strategic client engagements and collaborate with agency colleagues to support market access objectives.
  • Provide insights that help navigate payer and provider dynamics and optimize oncology therapy positioning.
  • Lead strategic planning, tactic development, creation, and execution for client initiatives.
  • Oversee OncoGenius deliverable scope, completion, and client delivery.
  • Lead development and annual updates to syndicated reports.
  • Direct client training, education, and adoption of OncoGenius solutions.
  • Develop ad hoc research projects to address client strategic needs.
  • Design and maintain provider group surveys aligned to market trends and client needs.
  • Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to validate survey design and content.
  • Provide voice-of-customer insights to the engineering team for product enhancements.
  • Partner with Business Development on pitches, proposals, and onboarding.
  • Conduct strategic assessments of client portfolios and assets to identify market access opportunities.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through publications, webinars, and conferences.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Lead and develop team members to achieve business and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Deep clinical expertise in oncology; PharmD and BCOP are preferred.
  • 10+ years of clinical oncology or oncology administration experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in oncology drug utilization management.
  • Experience with IT platforms that govern formularies, EHR treatment plans, and pathways.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical company leaders in oncology market access.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and engagement skills for small and large audiences.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business impact.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, survey platforms such as Qualtrics, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Approximately 20% travel required.
