Description

  • Lead a large-scale, three-year Identity and Access Management program across multiple project phases.
  • Manage multiple cybersecurity and security-related initiatives simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Track project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate projects involving IAM, MFA, DLP, access security, compliance, and data protection.
  • Partner with infrastructure, security, data warehouse, and business teams to align implementation efforts.
  • Serve as the liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering discussions and clarify business needs.
  • Document technical and business information clearly for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project updates, steering committee materials, and executive reports.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level or large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience leading cybersecurity or security-related projects preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with IAM, MFA, DLP, compliance, and access security concepts strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus.
  • Security-related certifications are beneficial but not required.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical discussions into clear business communication.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $89,800.00 to $125,500.00, commensurate with experience and location.
