Description

  • Serve as the primary client liaison and strategic advisor for Data Solutions accelerator and Analytics Ready Dataset engagements.
  • Act as the offering and product subject matter expert when partnering with the broader client service team to pitch, scope, and expand business.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication on strategy, planning, and delivery as an extension of the client’s team.
  • Oversee delivery of multiple accelerators and ARD deployments across different engagement models.
  • Lead execution from accelerator core through last-mile customization to ensure repeatability, speed-to-value, and client-specific adaptation.
  • Manage onsite-offshore delivery operations and coordinate closely with India-based technical and content teams.
  • Track project budgets, resource allocation, and team efficiency to maximize return for the client and Precision AQ.
  • Interpret market dynamics, scientific information, and clinical/preclinical data to ensure high-quality ARD outputs.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop 2–4 direct reports, including development plans and annual reviews.
  • Build and sustain $1 million in annual revenue through account expansion and business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare consulting, data product delivery, or market access strategy.
  • Hands-on experience in the market access, payer, patient, and provider commercial data space.
  • Experience in pharma commercialization processes.
  • Market access domain expertise is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record managing complex data product deliveries, including accelerators and ready-to-use datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience leading efficiency in a distributed onsite-offshore organizational model.
  • Exceptional account management and client-facing skills with experience advising senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong experience managing, mentoring, and scaling direct reports.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
