Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact on assigned client projects as directed by the Account Supervisor.
  • Manage the overall delivery of individual client project assignments.
  • Provide quality control for client deliverables and client materials.
  • Align creative brief details across client and internal teams and manage client expectations.
  • Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings with subject matter experts and internal personnel.
  • Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process and support compliance steps such as uploading, tagging, and linking documents.
  • Work with the Project Management team to develop timelines and communicate milestones.
  • Execute projects according to timelines and budgets while coordinating the internal team accordingly.
  • Identify project risks or red flags and proactively alert the team.
  • Prepare client contact reports, detailed meeting notes, and next-step summaries.
  • Provide standard and customized status and financial reports to clients.
  • Attend internal meetings with client services, meeting services, traffic, and other key personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required for the Assistant Account Executive level.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related industry is required for the Account Executive level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or a related subject is preferred.
  • Medical communications or healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience writing SOWs and project briefs is preferred.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of strategic documents is preferred.
  • Strong initiative, planning and organization, interpersonal, communication, and teamwork competencies are expected.
