Description

  • Support the development and execution of integrated communications programs across earned, influencer, and social channels.
  • Manage client projects and communications while serving as a day-to-day point of contact on key workstreams.
  • Lead media outreach, pitch development, and relationship-building with priority media contacts.
  • Drive influencer campaign execution, including contracting and coordination to align with campaign goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, channel audits, audience analysis, and integrated campaign recommendations.
  • Develop creative campaign ideas, including newsjacking, trend-driven concepts, and brand campaign concepts.
  • Oversee parts of campaign budgets and timelines, tracking work against expectations and proactively addressing issues.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to coaching, performance evaluations, and team development.
  • Support reporting, performance insights, and client presentations by translating data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a PR agency environment.
  • Strong background in the beauty industry.
  • New York-based or able to work in New York-based role.
  • Experience supporting integrated communications across earned, influencer, and social channels.
  • Experience managing client communications and account work in a fast-moving agency setting.
  • Ability to lead media outreach and develop pitch angles for earned media campaigns.
  • Experience contributing to influencer campaign execution and cross-channel coordination.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and highly organized project management skills.
  • Comfort leading presentations, status calls, and reporting discussions with clients.
  • Experience using Harvest for time tracking is preferred.
