Description

  • Manage candidate sourcing, profile tracking, job postings, and interview coordination in Greenhouse ATS.
  • Schedule and reschedule multi-round interviews with hiring managers, department leaders, and the executive team.
  • Maintain timely and clear candidate communication throughout the hiring process, including next-step follow-ups.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring pipeline while delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and co-lead bi-weekly People Planning meetings to align on hiring priorities.
  • Manage the employee referral process.
  • Provide accurate and timely ad hoc reporting to TA, HR, and executive leadership.
  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and identify opportunities to improve equity in hiring.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition internship program and other special projects as needed.
  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve departmental processes.

Requirements

  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Experience thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Values diverse talent and proactively builds talent networks.
  • Exposure to recruitment and/or HR.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of urgency and adapt quickly to growth.
  • Experience managing inbound talent pools across multiple roles is preferred based on role KPIs.
  • Ability to support scheduling and next-step coordination within a 24-hour turnaround is preferred based on role KPIs.
