Description

  • Lead strategic collaboration across cross-functional teams to develop and execute sophisticated programmatic strategies.
  • Provide senior-level guidance to shape overall programmatic direction in alignment with company goals and best practices.
  • Design and implement programmatic campaign strategies across mobile, display, video, CTV, DOOH, audio, and related channels.
  • Oversee onboarding of new programmatic accounts and campaigns within DSPs.
  • Identify strategic audience segments and manage data partnerships to improve targeting precision.
  • Build and negotiate relationships with media vendors and networks to secure inventory aligned with campaign goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for programmatic communications and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to integrate reporting APIs and improve campaign performance through data insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve processes and support programmatic work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct experience managing cross-channel performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce, B2B, and B2C lead generation companies.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to turn quantitative data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proven understanding of digital marketing across mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, and audio channels.
  • Knowledge of ad creative best practices, including ad formats, specs, and messaging for different platforms.
  • Experience with audience targeting techniques such as demographics, behavioral targeting, and retargeting in programmatic platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail when setting up, monitoring, and managing programmatic campaigns.
  • Expertise in ad tech tools and platforms, including ad servers, ad verification tools, and ad trafficking systems.
  • Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish and building relationships with key decision makers.
