Description

  • Create and execute custom organic search strategies aligned to client KPIs across on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content.
  • Explain SEO strategy, performance, and recommendations clearly to clients and secure buy-in for implementation.
  • Analyze organic search performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Build short-term and long-term roadmaps, forecasts, blueprints, and schedules to support client goals.
  • Identify content gaps and propose new content strategies aligned with business priorities and core SEO pages.
  • Adjust strategy based on performance, search algorithm updates, and changing SERP conditions.
  • Manage client challenges, set expectations, and handle pushback when needed to keep work moving forward.
  • Mentor, coach, and train junior team members while contributing to team development.
  • Collaborate across channels to identify opportunities that improve overall account performance.
  • Maintain accurate internal workflow, complete required processes, and ensure deliverables are launched on time with minimal errors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an SEO-based role.
  • Advanced understanding of organic search, including on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content.
  • Advanced experience with SEO analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills for roadmapping, planning, delegating, and reviewing work.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to communicate complex topics clearly to different audiences.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to team members, with experience training others preferred.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability in client and internal situations.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt strategies based on performance and search landscape changes.
