Description

  • Lead paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for key enterprise accounts to drive client goals.
  • Own execution, performance, and growth for a book of business.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex accounts and resolve roadblocks and client issues.
  • Apply cross-channel and technical expertise in attribution, incrementality, and advanced measurement.
  • Oversee campaign execution and perform thorough QA to prevent revenue-impacting errors.
  • Monitor budget pacing and advise on budget adjustments.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams through strategic and performance conversations.
  • Mentor team members through coaching, training, escalation support, and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct training on platforms, tools, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Support new business pitches, account audits, and strategic recommendations.
  • Execute recommendations from the Power Circuit solutions roadmap and support department-wide improvements.
  • Leverage AI technologies to improve workflows, insights, and performance.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in an agency setting.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development for large enterprise accounts.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more additional campaign types such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta direct response campaigns.
  • Lead generation and B2B experience.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid advertising across the marketing funnel.
  • Strong ability to turn marketing data into meaningful insights and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in client-facing presentations.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn independently, and able to work under pressure.
  • Interest in building a long-term relationship with a growing company.
  • Additional platform experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and similar tools is a plus.
