Description

  • Lead paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for key enterprise accounts to achieve client goals.
  • Own execution, performance, and growth for the paid advertising service within the assigned book of business.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client accounts and resolve roadblocks, probing questions, and account issues.
  • Apply advanced cross-channel measurement expertise, including attribution and incrementality, to improve results.
  • Oversee campaign execution and quality assurance to prevent errors that could impact revenue.
  • Manage budget pacing and advise on budget changes as needed.
  • Communicate strategic updates and performance insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor team members through coaching, training, escalation support, and knowledge-sharing.
  • Conduct training sessions on platforms, tools, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Support new business pitches, account audits, and broader departmental strategy initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in an agency setting.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization on large enterprise accounts, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more additional channel types, such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local Campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta direct response campaigns.
  • Lead generation and B2B experience.
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid advertising across the marketing funnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, project management, interpersonal, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn independently, and interested in a long-term role with a growing company.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Pinterest Ads is a plus.
