Description

  • Own and scale CookUnity's offline media program across Linear TV, CTV, Online Video, Network Radio, Streaming Audio, and Podcasts.
  • Develop media allocation strategies based on audience consumption habits, competitive analysis, and funnel-stage KPIs.
  • Run end-to-end campaign execution, including media planning, IO negotiation, vendor management, trafficking, measurement, and reporting.
  • Lead media agency relationships, including contract negotiation, scope definition, campaign development, and performance management.
  • Build and execute testing roadmaps across creative formats, daypart optimization, audience targeting, and channel mix.
  • Monitor budgets and pacing, identify performance risks early, and take action independently.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts with the Head of Growth using performance data, MMM outputs, and scenario modeling.
  • Develop measurement frameworks such as brand lift studies, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Track offline media innovation, including new inventory opportunities and measurement advancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, Legal, and channel teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in offline and digital media for direct-to-consumer or ecommerce brands.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience negotiating, executing, and optimizing broadcast campaigns across Linear TV, CTV, or Audio.
  • Experience managing significant media budgets, ideally $10MM+ per year.
  • Strong understanding of media measurement, including MMM, brand lift studies, incrementality testing, and attribution frameworks.
  • Experience leading agency partnerships with ownership of strategy, performance accountability, and contract/scope management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large, messy data sets.
  • Strong creative judgment and brand sensibility.
  • High autonomy and accountability, with the ability to proactively flag risks and opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Deep interest in media industry trends, emerging channels, and measurement innovation, including AI-driven MMM and optimization tools.
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer or ecommerce growth marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Linear TV, CTV, online video, radio, streaming audio, podcasts, and FAST channels is preferred.
