Description

  • Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B clients to meet efficiency, growth, and budget goals.
  • Develop and implement optimization and monitoring strategies across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Own paid social inputs to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives that improve performance, audience growth, and client outcomes.
  • Partner with Client Partners to deliver strategic recommendations and support client communications.
  • Contribute paid social insights, narratives, and tactical recommendations to client deliverables and business reviews.
  • Ensure paid social work is accurately executed through rigorous QA while maintaining budget stewardship and brand standards.
  • Join client calls and reporting meetings as a client-facing paid social representative when needed.
  • Coach and mentor team members by supporting onboarding and developing technical and strategic paid social skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on paid social experience with B2B clients.
  • Experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with analytics tools for paid social performance tracking.
  • Advanced understanding of paid social strategy across the funnel, including audience development, creative testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives.
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and formats.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance data and deliver clear optimization recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or dashboarding tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations and storytelling.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, as indicated by the #LI-remote posting.
