Description

  • Own end-to-end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
  • Lead day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting for owned accounts.
  • Develop paid media strategy, project roadmaps, and testing plans across channels.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Media Managers, delegating work and developing their skills.
  • Partner with Account Managers and the Media Director to align client goals, priorities, and efficiency targets.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external contact for owned accounts and present recommendations to clients with data-backed confidence.
  • Generate performance reporting, write insights, and communicate account updates to clients.
  • Maintain account performance through optimizations, structural updates, bidding adjustments, conversion changes, and copy revisions.
  • Design and deploy monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve full-funnel paid media structures and expand platform and channel coverage.

Requirements

  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • 6-10+ years of paid media experience.
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets between $100K and $1MM.
  • Experience driving paid media strategy, media plans, competitive research, testing, and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and social platforms such as LinkedIn or TikTok.
  • Experience with full-funnel strategy, video, and lead generation.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion/optimization strategy; GA4 knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset needs, and establish a creative testing cadence.
  • Client relationship management experience with a focus on reporting insights and business goal optimization.
  • Team management experience.
