Description

  • Own the end-to-end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
  • Lead day-to-day execution, optimization, pacing, and reporting for client accounts.
  • Develop paid media strategy, roadmaps, testing plans, and campaign ideas across channels.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Media Managers, delegating work and developing their skills.
  • Partner with Account Managers and the Media Director to align on client goals, priorities, and efficiency targets.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts.
  • Generate reporting, write insights, and communicate performance updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain and optimize active accounts, including bidding, structure, conversion setup, and copy revisions.
  • Design and deploy monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Identify opportunities to expand media coverage and increase billing for existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of paid media experience.
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets of $100K-$1MM.
  • Experience driving paid media strategy, media planning, competitive research, testing, and measurement frameworks across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and social platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Experience with full-funnel strategy, video, and lead generation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion/optimization strategy; GA4 knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset requirements, and establish a creative testing cadence.
  • Client relationship management experience with a focus on reporting insights and optimizing toward business goals.
  • Team management experience.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
