Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients’ operational and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead client meetings to deliver value, capture feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor media campaigns and services in line with client expectations and contractual SLAs.
  • Oversee delivery teams by providing guidance, quality assurance, and support on campaign execution.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of media products, services, and platforms and lead internal and external discussions on media offerings.
  • Identify revenue opportunities, support pitching efforts, and assist with scoping and contracting.
  • Promote APAC media and business strategies across teams and client portfolios.
  • Manage budgeting, billing, invoicing, forecasts, resource allocation, and project profitability.
  • Mentor team members, support performance reviews, and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Conduct ongoing research, share industry insights, and incorporate learnings into strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in media account management, client servicing, or campaign delivery with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience managing key accounts and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to promote and implement media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Deep understanding of media products, platforms, and services, including digital, managed media, advisory solutions, and R&A offerings.
  • Proven leadership skills in small teams or in creating initiatives that inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with attention to timeliness, quality, and contractual adherence.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, media, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong research skills, industry awareness, and the ability to leverage insights for strategic advantage.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, invoicing, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Current certifications and familiarity with vendor and technology partner ecosystems are preferred.
