Description

  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and DV360.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, creative, and account structure.
  • Monitor pacing and performance against business KPIs such as MQLs, revenue, and pipeline.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate performance insights into immediate optimizations, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Build dashboards and performance visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Translate results into clear, compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to align paid media execution with broader business goals.
  • Guide and support Media Analysts through troubleshooting and hands-on mentorship.
  • Contribute to client conversations and performance planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong platform expertise across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn; additional platforms are a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes beyond leads, including MQLs, revenue, and efficiency.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (UA and GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • A mindset focused on execution, iteration, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in education, B2B, or financial services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms such as DV360, Trade Desk, or OTT is preferred.
  • Experience with media automation, attribution, or AI-driven optimization is preferred.

  • Compensation of $65K–$95K USD for U.S.-based candidates or $80K–$115K CAD for Canada-based candidates.
