Description

  • Manage end-to-end performance and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
  • Own day-to-day execution, optimization, pacing, and reporting across accounts.
  • Lead paid media strategy, ideation, road mapping, and testing for client campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owned accounts, both internally and externally.
  • Present recommendations, insights, and performance updates to clients with confidence and data-backed rationale.
  • Work with Account Managers and the Media Director to align on client goals, priorities, and efficiency targets.
  • Manage and develop a small team of Media Managers by delegating work and building their strategic and technical skills.
  • Create, deploy, and evaluate tests on a monthly and quarterly cadence across structural, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion areas.
  • Maintain accounts through ongoing optimizations, structural updates, bidding methodologies, conversion types, and copy revisions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand media coverage, increase billing, and strengthen paid media support for existing and new accounts.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of paid media experience.
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with budgets ranging from $100K to $1MM per month.
  • Experience developing paid media strategy, project road maps, media plans, competitive research, testing, and measurement frameworks across multiple channels.
  • Experience with campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, and programmatic display and social platforms.
  • Experience with full-funnel strategy, video, and lead generation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion and optimization strategy; GA4 knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset requirements, and establish a creative testing cadence.
  • Client relationship management experience, including reporting insights and optimizing toward business goals.
  • Team management experience.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
