Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media within a book of business.
  • Manage enterprise-level accounts through daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership.
  • Provide analysis, interpretation, and action plans using campaign performance data and client source-of-truth platforms such as GA and Shopify.
  • Maintain frequent communication with internal agency teams and assigned clients.
  • Navigate client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues with professionalism under pressure.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance against client goals.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to expand channel knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new department training materials.
  • Use AI technologies and outsourced resources to improve workflows and business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within the department.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization for large enterprise-level accounts, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the marketing funnel.
  • Strong ability to turn marketing data into meaningful insights and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn independently, and interested in a long-term relationship with a growing company.
