Description

  • Manage paid search campaigns across a diverse book of business, including daily optimizations and strategic adjustments.
  • Own campaign performance, reporting, client communication, and routine campaign management.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and other campaign improvements.
  • Analyze campaign data and client source-of-truth data such as GA and Shopify to create action plans.
  • Collaborate with account leadership to develop and refine paid media strategy within the broader media mix.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to expand channel knowledge.
  • Continuously work to improve campaign performance against client goals.
  • Contribute to the development of new department training materials.
  • Use AI technologies and outsourced resources to improve workflow and business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in support of department work.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1+ years in an agency setting.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Search Engine Marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in one or more additional paid media types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the funnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
