Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media services within a book of business.
  • Lead performance marketing strategy across marquee and enterprise-level accounts to achieve client goals.
  • Build and execute performance marketing plans to scale accounts effectively.
  • Provide analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data.
  • Serve as a strategic leader and escalation point for account teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Coach team members and contribute to training material development and presentations.
  • Identify department knowledge gaps and partner with leadership to implement trainings, solutions, and process improvements.
  • Maintain frequent and clear communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to improve workflows and business processes.
  • Support leadership in owning and improving one core pillar of the department's business.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads.
  • Experience developing and optimizing campaigns, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development for large enterprise accounts.
  • Significant campaign management experience in at least 3 additional campaign types.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the marketing funnel.
  • Strong ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Advanced spoken and written English skills are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and project management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn independently, and interested in a long-term role with a growing company.
