Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media services for a book of business.
  • Lead performance marketing strategy across marquee and enterprise-level accounts to achieve client goals.
  • Develop and execute paid media plans, including optimization efforts to scale accounts effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as a strategic leader and key escalation point for account teams and department stakeholders.
  • Coach team members through performance feedback, training support, and skill development.
  • Identify department knowledge gaps and work with leadership to improve training, processes, and solutions.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients on account status and issues.
  • Support leadership in improving one core pillar of the department’s business.
  • Use AI tools, outsourcing resources, and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve workflow and business processes.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing.
  • Experience with Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization on large enterprise-level accounts, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more additional campaign types.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the marketing funnel.
  • Strong ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Advanced spoken and written English skills are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Interest in a long-term relationship with a growing company.
