Description

  • Lead paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for key enterprise accounts to achieve client goals.
  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of the paid advertising service within a book of business.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts and resolve client roadblocks and issues.
  • Apply advanced cross-channel measurement expertise, including attribution, incrementality, and advanced analytics.
  • Oversee campaign execution and quality assurance to prevent revenue-impacting errors.
  • Monitor budget pacing and advise on budget changes.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams through strategic and performance discussions.
  • Mentor team members through coaching, training, escalation support, and account audits.
  • Conduct training sessions on platforms, tools, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate on new business pitches and audits with strategic insights and industry perspective.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development on large enterprise accounts.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more additional campaign types, such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta direct response campaigns.
  • Lead generation and B2B experience.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid advertising across the marketing funnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, project management, interpersonal, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data and communicate the story behind the numbers.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn independently, and interested in a long-term relationship with a growing company.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
