Description

  • Learn and apply search engine optimization techniques, strategies, and processes.
  • Optimize and edit website copy.
  • Conduct keyword research.
  • Write title tags and meta descriptions.
  • Identify internal linking opportunities.
  • Build SEO content calendars with relevant blog topic ideas.
  • Implement optimizations to client websites without coding experience.
  • Assist the Organic Search team with ad hoc projects.
  • Learn to perform competitive analysis.
  • Use Google Analytics and other industry-leading SEO tools.

Requirements

  • Must be a current college student enrolled in an internship course for college credit.
  • Summer 2026 internship term.
  • 15-20 hours per week.
  • Desired fields of study include Business, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
  • Strong interest in a career blending analytics and creativity within search marketing, advertising, or marketing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of HTML is a plus but not required.
