Description

  • Collaborate with Brand Content Strategists to understand client requirements and campaign objectives.
  • Craft and refine content that drives action while maintaining brand voice and tone.
  • Proofread and edit copy for spelling, grammar, syntax, and US-market accuracy.
  • Ensure client revisions and tone-of-voice guidelines are correctly implemented.
  • Review content for compliance with complex brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Adapt content across multiple marketing channels, including paid media, email, web, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Work with client-facing stakeholders as needed to support content delivery and revisions.

Requirements

  • Native-level command of US English with strong knowledge of grammar, syntax, and orthographic rules.
  • 2-4 years of professional copywriting or proofreading experience.
  • Experience in B2C digital marketing or advertising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Journalism, or a related field is highly preferred; a Master’s degree is a strong plus.
  • Flawless writing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with brands that have strict tone-of-voice and legal guidelines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of US pop culture and current events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of CMS, HTML, graphic design, and email platforms is preferred.
  • Availability during Greek business hours, typically 10:00–19:00 GR time.
  • Client-facing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
