Description

  • Own the global paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic/CTV, Retail Media, and emerging platforms.
  • Ensure consistent performance delivery, optimization standards, and measurement rigor across clients and verticals.
  • Partner with Strategy, Data Intelligence, and Client Experience teams to align paid media work with client goals and forecasting.
  • Set and enforce standards for account structure, testing, incrementality, creative feedback loops, and optimization cadence.
  • Drive growth in managed media spend across existing clients and new business opportunities.
  • Support new business pitches, media expansion efforts, and large-scale account growth with Sales and divisional leaders.
  • Serve as an executive-level paid media partner for complex, high-spend, or at-risk client relationships.
  • Build, lead, and continuously develop a high-performing paid media organization.
  • Own training standards, skill development, and career progression for media buyers at all levels.
  • Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, dashboards, and process improvements to scale paid media effectively.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or media leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale media portfolios, with 9-figure+ managed media preferred.
  • Experience leading multi-channel paid media teams across diverse verticals.
  • Strong track record of balancing performance outcomes with profitability.
  • Deep paid media expertise combined with business and financial acumen.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to set high standards and develop talent.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
  • Data-driven, practical, and decisive decision-making style.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to earn trust from executives, clients, and teams.
  • Experience with modern paid media capabilities such as automation, AI-assisted buying, MMMs, incrementality testing, and creative optimization.
  • Comfort using internal platforms and tools such as nova, Iris, Creative Affinity, MMMs, and reporting infrastructure.
