Description

  • Independently build and launch paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Search/Display/YouTube, TikTok, and other channels from briefs and strategy direction.
  • Structure campaigns with strong account architecture, including segmentation, naming conventions, tracking, and budget allocation.
  • Set up new campaigns end to end, including audience builds, creative trafficking, UTM tagging, pixel verification, and QA.
  • Own daily and weekly optimization across active campaigns, including bid management, budget pacing, audience refinement, and creative rotation.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CPA and make proactive adjustments.
  • Conduct account audits to identify inefficiencies, wasted spend, and missed opportunities, then implement improvements.
  • Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine whether issues are driven by creative, audience, bidding, landing pages, or offer.
  • Traffic creative assets and ad copy correctly across platforms, ensuring proper specs, placements, and formats.
  • Plan and run structured creative tests with clear hypotheses and track results in a creative testing log.
  • Design and run incrementality tests and synthesize platform data into weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with growth, creative, data, lifecycle, and web teams to align campaigns with full-funnel strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus; familiarity with emerging and streaming/OTT channels is a bonus.
  • Ability to independently build and launch campaigns end to end without step-by-step guidance.
  • Expert-level understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actions and recommendations.
  • Experience with incrementality testing and measurement tools such as Haus, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong QA instincts.
  • Proactive communication style that keeps managers informed and flags issues early.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Proficiency with or willingness to leverage AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, creative testing, and campaign performance.
  • Experience in DTC, CPG, health & wellness, or subscription-based brands is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker, Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of landing page performance and CRO principles as they relate to paid media is preferred.
  • Experience supporting or working directly with a senior growth or performance marketing leader is preferred.
