Description

  • Own a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel client accounts.
  • Diagnose growth constraints and build strategic roadmaps using quarterly Power Circuit reviews.
  • Lead the senior client relationship and connect creative and campaign decisions to business outcomes.
  • Coordinate paid search, paid social, influencer, SEO, email, and creative teams across accounts.
  • Advise on customer retention strategy, including repeat purchase rate, LTV by acquisition cohort, and loyalty mechanics.
  • Manage retention, expansion, renewals, and MRR growth across the portfolio.
  • Build multi-threaded client relationships to reduce account risk.
  • Use Power Digital’s Iris, nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit systems consistently and ensure compliance.
  • Coach analysts and specialists and provide direct feedback.
  • Employ AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in fashion or apparel marketing, on the agency or brand side.
  • Strong understanding of how creative strategy and media strategy interact.
  • Experience with influencer and UGC marketing, including how to brief, evaluate, and scale it.
  • Comfort with DTC-first business economics, including CAC, LTV, repeat rate, and margin by channel.
  • Experience with Meta-heavy media mixes and measurement challenges such as incrementality testing, creative fatigue, and audience saturation.
  • Experience building strategies for seasonal brands and fast-moving product cycles.
  • Track record of retaining and growing accounts.
  • Working understanding of fashion business fundamentals, including pricing strategy, merchandising, and multi-channel distribution.
  • Annual Power Circuit Certification required.
  • Experience using proprietary or performance reporting tools such as Iris, nova, and Pulse (preferred).
