Description

  • Own a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel client accounts.
  • Diagnose growth constraints across business, audience, product, messaging, channels, and measurement.
  • Build and own account roadmaps and hold internal teams accountable to them.
  • Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews with a focus on creative performance and cohort retention trends.
  • Maintain working knowledge of fashion business fundamentals, including pricing, merchandising, and multi-channel distribution.
  • Own senior client relationships and connect QBRs and campaign decisions to business outcomes.
  • Coordinate paid search, paid social, influencer, SEO, email, and creative teams.
  • Consult on customer retention strategy, including repeat purchase rate, LTV by cohort, and loyalty mechanics.
  • Manage retention and expansion, lead renewals, and grow MRR.
  • Build multi-threaded client relationships and coach analysts and specialists.

Requirements

  • Advanced spoken and written English is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in fashion or apparel marketing, agency-side or brand-side.
  • Understanding of how creative strategy and media strategy interact.
  • Fluency in the influencer and UGC ecosystem, including briefing, evaluation, and scaling.
  • Comfort with DTC-first brand economics, including CAC, LTV, repeat rate, and margin by channel.
  • Experience with Meta-heavy media mixes and measurement challenges such as incrementality testing, creative fatigue, and audience saturation.
  • Experience building strategies for seasonal brands.
  • Track record of retaining and growing accounts.
  • Experience using AI technologies to improve business processes.
  • Familiarity with Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem, Iris, Pulse, and Power Circuit is preferred.
