Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact and channel lead for client accounts while supporting the broader team across projects.
  • Own revenue and retention responsibilities for managed accounts.
  • Participate in onboarding, renewal calls, and other key client communications.
  • Drive account strategy, forecasting, and planning.
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs to improve account outcomes.
  • Develop weekly client meeting materials to track progress toward client goals.
  • Maintain high standards of service and quality across paid social work.
  • Develop innovative tactics and strategies to improve results.
  • Contribute to projects, process changes, and rollouts.
  • Assist with training on new features and services and help create best practices and process documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of direct paid social client management experience, including Meta and TikTok strategy development, execution, and client relationship management.
  • Experience analyzing backend sales data to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences.
  • Experience taking leadership in team settings and helping others succeed.
  • Ability to work deeply in the details while maintaining a broader strategic view.
  • A driven and innovative mindset.
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and pixel integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with creative reporting platforms such as Motion is preferred.
  • Experience managing paid social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend is preferred.
