Description

  • Manage the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of designated paid media accounts.
  • Own paid media planning, testing roadmaps, account optimization, and reporting.
  • Lead and develop a team of Media Supervisors and Senior Media Managers through delegation, feedback, and performance evaluation.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts and client escalations.
  • Partner with Client Service Managers and the Group Media Director to align media work with client goals and efficiency targets.
  • Drive account growth by increasing billing, expanding channel support, and identifying new media opportunities.
  • Generate reports, write insights, and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Design and deploy monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Continuously improve full-funnel account structures and explore new strategies, platforms, and AI tools.
  • Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem and other AI technologies to improve workflows and performance.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of paid media experience.
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with budgets ranging from $200K-$1MM per month.
  • Experience developing paid media strategy, road maps, media plans, competitive research, testing, and measurement frameworks across multiple channels.
  • Extensive experience in Google and Bing campaign management, including Search, PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Video.
  • Experience with full-funnel strategy, lead generation, brand awareness, and incremental lift measurement.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion/optimization strategy; GA4 knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset needs, and establish creative testing cadences.
  • Client relationship management experience with reporting, insights, and optimization tied to business goals.
  • Team management, delegation, and development experience.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
