Description

  • Own the annual and quarterly strategic roadmap across all paid channels.
  • Define media allocation, testing priorities, and scaling plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of platform mechanics, algorithm updates, and best practices across the paid media mix.
  • Design and implement a disciplined test-and-learn framework that produces actionable insights.
  • Lead agency governance, including briefing, setting standards, and holding partners accountable for execution.
  • Own the affiliate partnerships program end-to-end, including partner optimization and new partner acquisition.
  • Evaluate and diversify the paid channel mix by identifying and launching new platform-native opportunities.
  • Own the sequencing and playbook for geographic expansion across primary markets and new DMAs.
  • Own the roadmap to aggregate cost-per-opportunity targets by optimizing media mix, funnel efficiency, creative performance, and audience strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships & Content to align performance insights and platform requirements with the creative brief and content pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in paid media, including 3+ years in a strategic ownership or leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads at significant scale.
  • Strong Google Ads experience across search, non-brand, and performance channels.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads and emerging social platforms.
  • Experience managing and scaling affiliate partnerships programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and direct agency relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working in both data and strategy.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated consumer category is a plus.
  • Proven track record of hitting CPO or RAC/CAC targets at scale.
  • Breadth of knowledge across SEO, content strategy, and lifecycle marketing is preferred.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries and implementing controls to meet SEC or similar guidelines is preferred.
  • Advanced data fluency, including automated reporting and deep-dive risk/reward analysis, is preferred.
  • Experience building or leading high-performing internal marketing teams is preferred.
