Description

  • Own delivery from kickoff through development, testing, and release.
  • Track dependencies, blockers, scope changes, competing priorities, and potential delays.
  • Coordinate ownership and communication across Product, Engineering, Data, and Solutions.
  • Manage handoffs and launch readiness for testing and acceptance.
  • Ensure implementation remains aligned with product goals and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate tickets, timelines, project status, decisions, dependencies, and risks.
  • Participate in standups and working sessions to resolve issues and keep initiatives moving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, delivery, product operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing initiatives across multiple technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a startup or B2B SaaS environment; data-heavy, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
  • Ability to read code and understand systems, data pipelines, and technical delivery work.
  • Strong execution, follow-through, dependency management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and create clarity around requirements, ownership, and process.
  • Strong communication skills across Product, Engineering, Data, and customer-facing teams.
  • High ownership, startup mindset, and willingness to work hands-on without extensive support structures.
  • Daily working-hour overlap with the Asia-based Tech Team.
