Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and acquire new logos in the US market.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, customer research, demo meetings, negotiations, and closing SaaS contracts with senior executives.
  • Proactively hunt for new customers and nurture leads using personal networks, proactive lead generation, and market insights.
  • Drive pipeline growth and provide accurate sales forecasts to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales assets and align product offerings with customer needs.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handover of accounts after closing and to support trial management and onboarding.
  • Provide regular updates on sales metrics, pipeline status, challenges, and resource/support needs, and offer feedback for product improvements.
  • Deliver a frictionless customer journey to convert paid trials into long-term customers and generate promoter advocates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or account management, selling to Shippers/BCOs or Freight Forwarders.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas and successfully navigating complex enterprise sales cycles (preferably in the Americas).
  • Experience managing regional or global sales territories within the logtech or logistics space.
  • Process-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to qualify leads, manage pipelines, and work effectively with SDRs.
  • Self-starter capable of autonomously handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills with a proven ability to engage senior executives.
  • Curiosity about customer needs and product features, with an ability to dig deeper to understand client challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to leadership only when critical.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).
