Description

  • Develop and coach sales talent for the Denver market.
  • Drive urgency, accountability, and disciplined pipeline management across the team.
  • Lead from the front by co-selling with reps and staying close to active deals.
  • Own monthly revenue targets and forecast accuracy.
  • Identify and remove friction in the sales process to improve close rates.
  • Build a team culture of high standards, high energy, and continuous improvement.
  • Become a trusted expert in Popmenu's product and the restaurant industry.
  • Deliver data-driven updates and market insights to executive leadership.
  • Surface feedback and market intel to Product and Leadership.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across Denver's restaurant market.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Track record of exceeding targets as both an individual contributor and a manager.
  • Experience with high-velocity sales cycles, preferably 1-30 days.
  • Strong SaaS background; experience in restaurant tech or hospitality is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and AI-driven sales tools.
  • Ability to coach, scale, and replicate a sales framework.
  • Knowledge of the Denver and surrounding restaurant market is preferred.
  • High-performing individual contributors ready to move into leadership are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $150,000 to $160,000.
  • OTE of $320,000+ with uncapped earnings.
  • Equity included for every employee.
  • Remote role, but candidates must live within the Denver territory.
