Description

  • Own and build the Northern NJ and Connecticut territory, prioritizing local market penetration and growth.
  • Prospect daily through calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events to generate leads and meetings.
  • Run compelling, high-energy demos that clearly articulate ROI and product value to decision-makers.
  • Create urgency and close consistently within short sales cycles (typically under 30 days).
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Northern NJ and Connecticut restaurant landscape and become a recognized name in the community.
  • Partner with the regional team to refine messaging, share best practices, and drive market strategy.
  • Protect the brand by selling with integrity—avoid overpromising, heavy discounting, and poor-fit deals.
  • Travel throughout the territory multiple times a week and execute high-activity outbound and door-pulling initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must live in the Northern NJ + Connecticut territory and have reliable transportation.
  • Proven hunter with strong outbound sales success.
  • Experience selling to SMB decision-makers and managing short sales cycles (under 30 days).
  • Comfortable operating in high-activity, high-volume sales environments; competitive, resilient, and motivated.
  • Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and closing; confident delivering strong product demos and articulating long-term ROI.
  • Highly organized and effective at managing time and territory activities.
  • Relationship-driven with an understanding that hospitality is a small, networked community.
  • Bonus: prior restaurant experience or SaaS experience in restaurant technology.
