Description

  • Own and develop the Dallas territory as the primary market representative.
  • Prospect daily through calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Run high-energy product demos that clearly communicate return on investment.
  • Create urgency and close deals within a short sales cycle, typically under 30 days.
  • Build deep knowledge of the Dallas restaurant landscape and become a recognized presence in the local community.
  • Partner with the regional team to refine messaging, share best practices, and shape market strategy.
  • Sell with integrity by avoiding overpromising, heavy discounting, and poor-fit deals.
  • Manage your time effectively across a high-activity, high-volume territory.
  • Travel throughout the Dallas territory multiple times per week.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers who care about revenue, guest experience, and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Must live in the Dallas territory.
  • Proven hunter with strong outbound sales success.
  • Experience selling to SMB decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in short sales cycles, typically under 30 days.
  • Competitive, resilient, and motivated in high-activity environments.
  • Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, closing, and delivering product demos.
  • Able to clearly articulate long-term ROI.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Relationship-driven and comfortable in the hospitality industry.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel throughout the Dallas territory multiple times a week.
  • Restaurant experience is a bonus.
  • SaaS experience in restaurant technology is a bonus.

Benefits

  • OTE of $140,000.
  • Base salary of $70,000 to $75,000.
  • 50% base / 50% commission structure.
