Description

  • Coordinate with in-house and contractor attorneys to ensure asylum interviews and hearings are covered across busy calendars and multiple time zones.
  • Call clients in English and Spanish to gather information, provide updates, schedule appointments, and keep them engaged in their cases.
  • Prepare and submit attorney appearance forms to asylum offices, clients, and attorneys within strict deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and attorneys to keep communication clear and case requirements understood.
  • Maintain detailed tracking systems to monitor deadlines and ensure submissions are completed on time.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or issues in case progression and help resolve them before they affect deadlines or client service.
  • Perform a variety of coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Adapt to changing policies, procedures, and daily priorities in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and logistics management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfort and confidence making phone calls to clients and professional contacts.
  • Empathy and patience when working with clients in crisis situations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain accuracy during intense periods.
  • Tech-forward mindset with eagerness to learn new online systems and procedures.
  • Ability to perform at a high level with minimal supervision.
  • Strong follow-up skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Candidates must be located in Argentina.

  • Monthly gross salary of USD 1,300 to 1,500, based on experience and qualifications.
