Description

  • Develop agendas, maintain agenda backlogs, draft meeting minutes, track action items, and prepare technical documentation.
  • Maintain charters, policies, processes, procedures, and templates for governance support.
  • Facilitate out-of-cycle votes and coordinate budget reviews.
  • Support business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests.
  • Attend IRB meetings and track approved, denied, and on-hold IT spend items.
  • Review MS Excel budgeting reports and compare multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports.
  • Maintain KPI reports and governance-related reporting artifacts.
  • Oversee scheduling, documentation, and management of IRBs and governance training.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows and repository content required for governance support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT governance-related disciplines.
  • Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style across all organizational levels.
  • Experience preparing high-visibility, executive-level presentation materials.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
  • Experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and complying with safeguarding requirements.
  • Occasional travel may be required, with travel expected to be less than 10%.
