Description

  • Manage, deliver, and perform full clinical site monitoring services for one or more projects, including complex and multinational studies.
  • Design and oversee project monitoring services, including training, site and patient recruitment, data and document management, monitoring budgets, and regulatory filings in line with SOPs and GCP.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between CRAs and the project team in a Lead CRA capacity.
  • Participate in the development of project plans, protocols, CRFs, communications, and other monitoring documents and tools.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, mentor, coach, and source of performance feedback for peers.
  • Assist with selection, hiring, training, supervision, and co-monitoring of CRAs.
  • Resolve site and patient issues and escalate sponsor concerns when needed.
  • Represent monitoring leadership in business development initiatives with a site monitoring focus.
  • Recruit site investigators and coordinate delivery of trial materials, samples, tests, forms, investigational product, and project documents.
  • Serve as the primary clinical site contact and oversee site issues through resolution while supporting site compliance and study system access.

Requirements

  • College diploma or degree.
  • 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving positive results.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to regularly travel to study sites approximately 5-8+ days per month, depending on project and business needs.
  • Experience in clinical site monitoring or CRA leadership is preferred based on the role scope.
