Description

  • Develop full-stack features using Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • Integrate AI models and APIs for document processing, data extraction, and recommendation engines.
  • Build scalable and reliable backend services supporting AI workflows.
  • Create intuitive user experiences that expose AI-powered capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI models into production.
  • Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, ideation, and release planning.
  • Own feature development end to end, coordinating with QA and cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate across teams to unblock dependencies and improve release processes.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to hackathons, engineering guilds, and AI tooling experiments.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack development experience with Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts through coursework, projects, or professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience interacting with AI APIs or models, including prompt engineering.
  • Interest in building intelligent applications that solve real-world problems.
  • Willingness to learn, embrace ambiguity, and develop skills in a rapidly evolving field.
  • Ability to work autonomously with accountability and ownership.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with openness to feedback.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solving skills, particularly in complex domains.
