Description

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the billing modules used to support processes and patient care in senior living facilities.
  • Resolve customer issues through phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
  • Work professionally with other departments to investigate and resolve customer problems.
  • Document user problems in Salesforce Service Cloud and other problem management systems.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal, external, and cross-functional meetings to resolve issues.
  • Prioritize daily tasks and manage customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot simple to moderately complex system issues while maintaining a calm and customer-focused approach.
  • Stay current with product releases, AI tools, and emerging technologies relevant to healthcare SaaS.
  • Be available to work weekday hours from 8am to 8pm, with occasional weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Healthcare, IT, Engineering, or Business Solutions preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer support, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and documentation skills.
  • High degree of computer literacy and excellent typing skills.
  • Experience providing web-based application software support.
  • Prior long-term care experience working in a business office role.
  • Prior experience using PointClickCare preferred but not required.
  • Must be remote and located in North America.
  • Must be available to work between 8am and 8pm on weekdays, with occasional weekends and holidays.
