Description

  • Act as the principal implementation liaison between the customer and project team throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Lead detailed business discovery to understand customer processes, goals, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate customer and technical requirements into system configuration and implementation actions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor on solutions and business practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as configuration and training specialists to deliver on-time, high-quality implementation plans.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and help resolve issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays.
  • Lead and support customer change management, including user readiness and acceptance planning.
  • Develop expertise across multiple product offerings and communicate end-to-end solution value.
  • Travel to customer sites and regional meetings as needed to lead meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
  • Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and delivering recommendations.
  • Experience working on a multi-resource project team while balancing milestones and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to own projects, take initiative, and deliver on commitments.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and translate them into customer value.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability skills.
  • Healthcare market experience preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in a technology-related field preferred.
