Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Lead project kickoffs and define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Manage multiple customer-facing software implementations, including budgets, schedules, communications, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across customer stakeholders, locations, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and support implementation teams and review their deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, communicate challenges and solutions, and report status to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure customer adoption of PointClickCare solutions and transition customers to ongoing support at project close.
  • Report on deployments, schedules, budgets, and revenue using internal tools and processes.
  • Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of Professional Services delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex software implementations, ideally for enterprise or multi-site customers.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and self-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple customer engagements.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and ways of working, including using AI and emerging tools to improve outcomes.
  • Experience with healthcare technology, including EHR, EMR, pharmacy solutions, or PointClickCare (preferred).
  • Understanding of systems design (preferred).
  • PMP or PRINCE2 designation (preferred).
