Description

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portion of the Senior Living product portfolio.
  • Become the product expert for assigned areas, including product functionality and customer value.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team of engineering and UX partners.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting product artifacts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders to improve the product.
  • Partner with engineering leads to manage product delivery ceremonies and execution.
  • Identify, communicate, and coordinate the right stakeholders to manage risks in a timely and effective way.
  • Manage products through the full development lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and gather feedback to deepen product understanding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and task management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage products, innovation, and a curiosity for building great products.
  • Experience with large data foundations and census work, including planning, collecting, and processing population data and address verification, preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record working with technical delivery and engineering teams, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data foundations and regulatory functions related to PHI, preferred.
  • Periodic travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and company meetings.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to lead discovery sessions and participate in feedback discussions.
