Description

  • Define the medium- and long-term product strategy for the member portal and policy administration platform.
  • Build and own a data-informed roadmap that balances new bets, platform investments, and continuous optimization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver end-to-end experiences.
  • Lead product development from ideation through launch and impact measurement, removing execution friction along the way.
  • Establish a strong experimentation and testing culture with clear measurement best practices.
  • Work with sales, operations, and policy administration teams to improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
  • Drive alignment and make decisions on complex product and platform priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including experience at a top internet or consumer technology company.
  • 2+ years managing product managers in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience shipping and scaling products with significant user impact.
  • Experience owning a consumer or business product with measurable growth outcomes such as usage, retention, or revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in data, metrics, and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Strong product judgment and taste with a clear point of view on product direction.
  • Technical and design fluency sufficient to partner effectively with engineers and designers.
  • An ownership mindset with the ability to move fast and tackle hard problems.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.
  • Experience with client portals, policy administration systems, or other complex enterprise platforms preferred.
  • Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries preferred.

Benefits

  • US national base salary range of $184,000 to $324,000.
  • Bonus eligibility beyond base salary.
  • Equity compensation available in addition to base salary.
