Description

  • Lead the project management team to deliver service engagements with high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project risk and client escalations while enforcing best practices and driving strong delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, and cross-functional teams to strengthen customer and partner relationships.
  • Drive process transformation initiatives by redesigning workflows, tools, and delivery models for scalable implementation.
  • Champion AI adoption across the team and embed AI into delivery workflows to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.
  • Act as a thought leader in delivery innovation and introduce new approaches and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Professional Services organization.
  • Coach, support, and develop direct reports through feedback, career development planning, hiring, and mentoring.
  • Align team goals with organizational priorities and manage team performance and engagement.
  • Monitor project health and customer experience, and manage KPIs including revenue, portfolio health, and utilization.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated management experience in an enterprise software environment, preferably SaaS.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as professional services, consulting, or management.
  • Experience managing a remote team, including recruiting, training, staffing, and performance management.
  • Strong operational management, project management, consulting, and process improvement skills.
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to transformation initiatives, including process redesign and operating model evolution.
  • Strong AI fluency with experience applying AI tools or capabilities to improve delivery, decision-making, or operational efficiency.
  • Track record of innovative leadership and introducing new ideas or solutions that improve outcomes.
  • Strong thought leadership, stakeholder influence, and change management skills.
  • Experience with PointClickCare or similar EHR platforms, preferably in healthcare or LTPAC.
  • Experience supporting the sale of Professional Services, including SOW development and large-scale proposals.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems, and operate in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-level projects.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $140,000 to $155,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for bonus compensation.
  • Benefits package included as part of total rewards.

  • Compensation determined by job-related skills, experience, and work location.
