Description

  • Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team.
  • Support the sales team in gathering requirements and shaping solution proposals with a strong value proposition.
  • Perform initial scoping and assess incoming requests for completeness before production.
  • Evaluate incoming requests and identify key technical objectives, then provide solution recommendations.
  • Conduct business process and management consulting analysis for customers.
  • Manage client project portfolios, including budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and project execution.
  • Coordinate resources, onboard project teams, and ensure milestones are completed effectively.
  • Control project scope, manage change requests, and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Manage customer expectations, monitor satisfaction, and improve the quality of delivery service.
  • Work closely with account managers to provide technical and quality expertise, and support customer growth across channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery Manager, Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good sales skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to think quickly and handle a high volume of fast-moving projects.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, analyze details, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Experience managing or coordinating projects from proposal through closure.
  • Understanding of business policies and procedures.
  • Technical background.
  • Experience with project and account management tools such as Jira, MS Office, and CRMs.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel domestically and internationally for business needs.
